Agricultural research and extension services are two structures which can be connected via information flow, capacity building feedback on the technology. Ethiopian agricultural system is prepared by means of a decentralized in there federal regional institutes.The concept linkage implies communication working relationship established between or more organizations controlling commonly shared objectives order to have regular contact improved productivity. The ultimate objective both systems increase production. Their roles generating transferring technology complementary.Agricultural complementary acticities achieve common goal increasing Strong formal linkage, coordination cooperation among centers, development agents farmers need created technologies centers able implement field improve livelihood smallholder farmers.
